Production 22 - Kurdish Runner: Another rug from Parviz Yathrebi's personal collection, the original, dating back to the turn of the 20th century, was selected for production because of its unusually large border and narrow central field. Another interesting quality to this rug is the unique "guard" borders. (See the close-up picture, above, left. The guard borders are the yellow and red borders which "protect" the main border.) Traditionally, the guard borders match each other. On this rug, they are different. This shows the designer to be a very thoughtful, creative person, whom spent extra time and care to make sure his rug was different from the others. We think this attention to detail makes this rug a beautiful and creative addition to our Production line. As with all of our Productions, this rug can be sized and customized to your specifications.

Production 23 - Persian Serapi Runner: Acquired from a private collection, the original, dates back to the last quarter of the 19th century. We selected this rug for our Production line because of the rarity of Serapi runners, and because of the uniqueness of this particular rug. This rug's sophisticated connections between medallions in the central field are highly unusual and extraordinary to find on a simple, village rug. The use of overall colors provide a variety of depth and dimension. As with all of our Productions, this rug can be sized and customized to your specifications.

Production 24 - Persian Serapi: A rug from Parviz Yathrebi's personal collection, the original, dating back to the last quarter of the 19th century, was selected for production because of its dramatic, arabesque or dragon pattern. The balance and use of bold color is spectacular, and the lack of central medallion makes this an designer's dream. As with all of our Productions, this rug can be sized and customized to your specifications.
